Determine which PPMO structure and functions are needed based on identified pain points and maturity level
Understand how People, Processes, Finances, Technology and Relationship work together to make the organization successful
Recognize metrics that will help drive management decisions
Define effective communication points and methods
Recognize and overcome barriers related to PPMO implementation
Translate PPMO function requirements into distinct staff member roles and responsibilities
Create a preliminary PPMO implementation plan
